Adding a section to allow customer to let us substitute products if it's out of stock.

Hey all,

I would like to know if there is a way to add a checkbox at the checkout page to allow the customer to let us substitute products if they are out of stock.

The options would be: 

"Allow us to substitute a product if we're out of stock?"

- Yes, substitute items that are out of stock for me
- No, Refund me the money
- No, Give me a credit note.

These will need to be on the order form for us to pack the products accordingly.
