Adding and Removing Sort Options

 Hi all, I am able to add and remove filters through Shopify's search and Discovery App, however I am unable to add or remove options from the Sort part.  For example Featured, Best Selling and Name are all part of Sort and I cannot find an option to remove them.

Seperately, I would like to seperate the Filter and Sort into two columns so it's a bit cleaner.
