I need urgent advice. I am selling furniture online. But besides my current product collection that is on my website, I also sell custom furniture based on the client's need. The clients that want to customize furniture simply give us what they want (specifications of the furniture) and from our side, we make 3d photos of the product and the drawing and send them to the client for approbation...once the customer approves, we produce it.
We have made hundreds of custom furniture (which means we have hundreds of 3d designs). In my opinion, I can use them on my website to offer more product options. Therefore if some clients want custom furniture they can first have a look to the previous custom furniture we made before. I am pretty sure they would order from there as we have made amazing custom furniture.
I do not know how to “include” those custom products on my website... I wanna find another way to add them (I dont want to add them as product pages) … if I can find other option than creating PRODUCT PAGES it would be good… any suggestion?
Ideally for each custom furniture I want to add:
- 2 or 3 photos
- The product title
- The Call to Action (like “WhatsApp us”) so our client can contact my Customer service team… and my team can provide all details to that customer
Here is an example of 3d photo:

Hi @Nasrodine,
You can consider the following suggestions:
Create a product like "Custom Furniture".
Use the Easify Product Options app to create custom options (similar to the furniture options you've made before) for your customers to choose from. You can also add a File upload field for customers to upload their furniture design and a Text field for them to enter detailed requirements. The app offers a variety of option display types, such as Image Swatches, Color Swatches, Dropdowns, Radio Buttons, Checkboxes, and more.
Here’s a quick demo for your reference 🤗:
