Adding downloadable PDF

I would like to add downloadable PDF files to a page on my site so that customers can download a digital user manual. I am using the Minimal theme. Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this?  The "Elfsight File Embed" app recommended by Shopify Support appears to only allow you to add this feature to the Homepage, not a separate page that can be linked to from the main menu.
