Adding in "tags" under products? and removing / making use of space

Hi there,

I'm looking to hear if someone could advise with making more use out of our product pages. Please see the current layout with Streamline theme: 

1). There is a lot of unused space under the product image. Is there any way we can make use of this section by entering code to allow for text in this area?

2). We are a business that is going to be promoting sustainable clothing. We would love to have 'buttons' / 'tags' to quickly describe the products on offer, eg, 'organic cotton' 'hand made' in small boxes for example. Please see below example of what these would look like. is this something that we can build in? In an ideal world, these would also go under the products on the collections page. 

3). If the above is not possible, is there a way to remove the amount of space not being used on this theme
