Adding Nested Menu Block In the page (not the header)

Hi All!

I'm not sure the right terminology for this but in the body of the home page (below the header) I essentially want to make a nested menu that allows you see a menu of collections and when you select one you are shown the products in that collection.  I've attached some pegs from other sites I've seen do this.  Hope someone can help!  Thanks!!

Yes showing all the collection with products on homepage is possible. Please check the demo foodisha.me but it is a custom section created for the theme.
