Adding new announcement bar issue

Hi, 

I'm using the dawn theme and would like to take advantage of the option to auto-rotate my announcement every few seconds (I already have one offering free shipping), but I'm unable to add a new announcement, as the add announcement option isn't nested under announcements like I've seen on all the instructional videos on youtube.

Any help would be greatly appreciated so thank you in advance!

I've figured it out! I had to duplicate it in the top right hand option then amended it
