Adding pop up to the buy-now button in impact theme

I am using a shopify theme called impact. There in the product information page there is buy now button and after clicking the button it will redirect to checkout page. But I want to do some modification here. I want that after clicking the buy now button first it will show a pop up saying Would you like warranty. If customer say yes then it will choose the warranty(warranty is coming from one of the shopify app store app) and then it will redirect to checkout page and if customer choose no then also it will go to the checkout page.
