Adding Site Name Header Across Every Page

I am using the Dawn theme. I noticed that if I upload a logo for my theme in the title of the site, it overrides the name of the website so if I do not have a logo with my site name included in it, then the visitor does not see the title of my site name across all the webpages. How do I edit the header block to add a consistent title along with my logo? Below is a picture showing what I'm looking for. Thanks!

To add the title like that,

Follow this path:

Themes => edit code => section  => header.liquid

and follow this image and add the code

<span class="h2"style="display: block;margin-top: 10px;">Your site name</span>
