Adding text and image icon to contact section

Hi, I am wanting to add some text and image icons to the contact form within my homepage (Sense Theme). 

I have attached image of the current Sense theme contact form and an example of what I would be trying to achieve with emails, phone numbers etc to the left.

Any suggestions on code to be able to get this setup?

@brett1133 - you will need to edit contact.liquid template in your theme to add this custom html to add text and icons.... if you are not familiar with this then you will need code developer
