Adding text box or consent to email signup banner form?

Hey there, I am not well versed in code, but I was able to add some liquid from another community post to add a first and last name field to my email signup banner form. But now I'd love to know how to add text at the bottom of the banner to say "By signing up, you agree to receive email communications from Revvy Trust including but not limited to: newsletters, launch updates and countdowns, special members only discounts, and new products." or have a mandatory checkbox saying they consent to receive email communications from Revvy Trust.

I've been very frustrated over this liquid, and no one else is asking about this online.

This is on the password page of RevvyTrust.com not a contact page

Thank you to whoever reads this 🙂Screen Shot 2022-02-28 at 8.39.11 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-02-28 at 8.38.45 PM.png

Hi @TayRevs

I would love to introduce your AVADA Email Marketing app.
The app helps you create a newsletter popup easily, and the text you want to add is already supported in premade templates.
You can add more fields: first name, last name, phone number, birthday, etc., without working on code.

Popup is a feature in the free plan. So there is no doubt to try it out!

If you feel like my answer is helpful, please mark it as a SOLUTION. Let me know if you have any questions!

Hey there, thank you for the response. However, I'm very happy with my landing page, I am more so concerned with gathering consent from my customers to send them email communication.

Hi @TayRevs

I'm sorry for missing your message. Using the AVADA popup, you can create the same popup as yours, with a text box of email consent, add the popup to your landing page (password page) without coding.

So you can take it into consideration 🙂
