Adding Text/Disclaimer to Footer for Impulse Theme

Hello all, 

I'm running a store on the Impulse theme and trying to add an FDA disclosure/ text at the footer.

Additionally, I've tried all of the previous solutions here in the community, but none has worked with this theme. 

I'm looking for what code line and what code to enter.
