Adjust order confirmation subscription

Hello everyone,

I have an app that I will use to rent out my products. The customer pays monthly, but I only deliver the product once. Kind of flexible subscription. Only it is not intended that every time the customer pays they get a new order confirmation and I don't want to have to process the subscription as a new order every month.

Does anyone know how I should adjust this?
