Adjusting Announcement Bar Text Size and Removing Menu Downward Arrow

Could anyone help me increase the size of the text inside the announcement bar? Also, I'm looking for assistance to remove the downward arrow sign in the menu. Thank you for your help!

Thank you so much for your help. With your assistance, the downward arrow has been removed. However, I’ve encountered a new problem. The announcement text has become double-lined, meaning the size of the announcement bar has doubled. As the text size increased, the announcement text became larger, but I would prefer if only the text size increased while keeping the announcement bar the same size as the reference screenshot below. Can you suggest how to achieve this? Thank you so much!
