Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
Has anyone had success using Adobe Fonts/Typekit in Shopify's email notification templates?
I have tried both "@import url()" and stylesheet link methods. I know they are correct, as either method works perfectly in any other HTML file, but Shopify's notification templates ignore the fonts. It is reading the CSS (I see this in web inspector) but showing generic system fonts.
Shopify will not provide any support for this. I think it's a bug. Has anyone gotten this to work? It's pretty important to be able to brand our emails correctly.
sorry its not possible to custom font email template
This used to work. I had many stores with Google font or typekit customized notification templates and they would come through with the custom fonts. I wonder if they changed this on purpose. It's a shame considering how much time went into designing the custom branded emails.
shopify email template doesn't allow but if you need custom email template please sent design so i will check and let you know
