After clicking Login Icon it leads to "My Account"

Hello dear Community, 

I use the narrative Theme and I added a Login Icon next to the shopping cart icon. When u first click on the Login Icon it leads you to the login menu. And if you successfully logged in and click the Login icon again it leads you again to the login menu and you are logged out instead of leading you the site "my account".

Can someone help me out?
