Agree to terms & conditions checkmark in cart or checkout page

Hello,

I need to add an option to agree to the store's terms and conditions on the cart page/checkout page.

The store is using a Taste theme. I couldn't find a solution to this. Could you please help me out?

The problem is that Taste theme dosen't have  "cart.liquid" or "checkout.liquid" in code.
