1. How can the price in red be hidden?

Is it possible to align the items / text like in this picture?

I understand, we dont know also where that another price come from, It not usual to a cart drawer having 2 prices. It hard to help when we cant read and see the codes.

Yes, yopu can add text but icons you need a HTML,its a default design in the shopify theme. So expected its already there the icon.

In order to add the quantity buttons. If you dont have in your cart drawer. Im sorry but you will need a developer to do that design.
