Alternative page with proper canonical tags (Dawn theme)

I am facing "Alternative page with proper canonical tags" issue. I have found many solutions but not the perfect for the theme I am using which is Dawn. I can't find (|within: collection) in any code, neither I can locate product-grid.liquid file in the snippets.
Please suggest a solution for it.
Also, I have more than 20 pages which are not indexed due to this reason. I can't add canonical tags manually as they will be increasing on daily basis.
