Announcement bar no longer visible - possibly behind header?

Announcement bar no longer visible - possibly behind header?

Initially had some teething issues with the announcement bar on Refresh theme. We have 3 rotating announcements each with a link. The first link was working, whereas the other two lost their link on the live website.

I decided in my wisdom to duplicate this announcement bar, copying all text / links / social links across and to delete the original announcement bar. Now the announcement bar is no longer visible.

I assume this is something to do with positioning of the header, but could welcome some help here.

Announcement bar is showing on the editor, just not when you actually visit the live store.

Thank you kindly,

I've reverted to a previously saved version prior to duplicating and deleting this announcement bar. It is now back on site, but still has the same issue where the links are not active on rotation 2 and rotation 3. Both have active links pointing to live pages on the editor.

I wonder if you now look on the site, whether you could assist on the link issue?

Yes, i checked and found you set the anchor text in the rotation 1 but didn't set the anchor text link in the rotation 2 and 3. just use of anchor tag and it will solve the issue, without having code editor access i can't help you more!
