Announcement Bar not auto rotating on iPhone dawn theme

I am using dawn theme and I have announcement bar auto rotation turned on, it works on desktop and on android phones but not on iPhone. I have even tried different browsers and it just doesnt auto rotate.

Your issue may be caused by missing default code for iPhone and will require modifications in the Liquid file. You should contact the theme developer or third-party apps for the best support.
