Announcement Bar Showing On Top Of Pop Up - Pipeline Theme

I have been helping my client embed a flodesk pop up into her shopify store, not sure why but the announcement bar section is on top of the pop up. Do you know why this might be? I've checked the code and couldn't find anything obviously wrong. This is in the Pipeline theme.

Launch is tomorrow so any quick responses would be amazing!
