Announcement bar to be rotating with no duration between

How do you make the announcement bar constantly rotating with no duration in between. Just smooth rotations if you know what I mean. My url is www.whosociety.com.

1. Go to Online Store -> Theme -> Edit code.
2. Open your theme.css / based.css file and paste the code in the bottom of the file.

}
