Another Debut theme Button Color Question

I've read through all the various button color questions for the Debut theme...don't understand why they removed the basic option of changing button background, width, rollover color, etc through the customize theme options but I need help changing all the attributes of the buttons on the home and product pages. I can inspect the code and buttons and see the style sheets that effect those attributes but don't have the programming background to figure out where in the particular file to add or change code to get the results I want. 

Specifically I need to change the button:

1) Background Color

2) Button Text Color

3) Button Rollover Color

4) Button Outline Pixel size

I need to change the buttons on the home page and product pages and none of the previous answers for similar questions make any changes when posting to the end of the theme.css file.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
