Another Form below description

Hello. Is there a way to add another add to cart Form below the description? I am using Empire theme. I want it to look something like this, below some content. If you'll notice, it doesn't have any of the pictures. Just the name, price, variant options, and add to cart button.

You can drag and drop using theme customizer.

You can set description first and then CTA and other section.

I want the normal add to cart at the top, along with the description, and another add to cart form below. That is not available on Empire Theme. I would like to have another "add to cart" below the App wrapper section

For that, we will have to custom dev in the theme, we can do that if you are willing to hire.
