Anouncement bar with your own images

Hi! Can someone tell me how to add an anouncement bar like ohpolly.com has in the bottom of the website? The one about Klarna and ClearPay. I want to create something like this, but with ShopPay. So I want to add its logo to the bar. Is there an app to do so, or is it custom made? Thank you.

There might be a way to do this via coding. I'm sure you're familiar with how Shopify code works?

So try making a div with multiple <img> tags inside and then for animation you can use the CSS's "animation" property.

Else you can always use Apps like this one to setup a slider bar in simple steps...
