Any idea how to automatically have the Header shrink when scrolling.

Due to having an announcement bar right at the top when you open the website, this needs some spacing to be able to fit and to also not clash with the brand logo.

is there a way that the header shrinks when scrolling so it doesn't take so much of your screen since the announcement bar is not 'sticky'?
