Anyone else familiar with kala baby theme?

Hi, I have a problem with our shopify theme which is the Kala baby.  You can visit our website and search for the product rocket then go to the product details and you can see the issue.  It is the blurred display of the image when you click the primary photo for a zoomed look, it will give you a tiny thumbnail.  Attached is the original file of the image that we uploaded to our website and the other file is for the issue we are facing.

I can only guess without looking at the backend so my first guess is that it might be due to an app for image optimization. Do you've any image/speed optimization apps installed on your store?

We don't have that app installed. Would it be helpful if i will go to the
backend and send you a screenshot of the codes then instruct me which code
i have to correct?
