Apply slider functionality to a filter

Dear community,

I would like to transform a standard filter that I've configured in the back-end from the current form of individually picking the options to a slider where the customer can easier select the "ABV - alcohol by volume" range. I would like something similar to how the pricing filter works as shown in the enclosed screenshot.

Any suggestions?

You can add ABV - alcohol to product metafields and create a range slider filter based on metafields.

Would you be so kind in sharing a bit more information? Not sure I understand what I need to do. I already have created a metafield as you can see above.

As far as I'm aware, this isn't currently possible in native Shopify filter. You need to customize the codes to show range slider filter or use a 3rd party filter apps such as AI Search and Filter by Sobooster, Searchspring, Klevu.

Hey @MAndreiD have you created slider for price with the app? Or just by modifying code for facets? I need exactly the same price range filter (slider and inputs) as on romaniandrinks.co.uk  and wondering what is the best way to implement it, would appreciate if you could share any suggestions 🙂

Unfortunately the slider I was looking for requires development and didn't go with it. 

Although if you are looking for a pricing filter, this, I would imagine should be standard with Shopify regardless of your theme. You might want to ask Shopify support for...support 🙂
