AR 3D model upside down

Hi All

We are looking at putting our Sketchup 3D models on so our website visitors can use AR to see the size of our lighting in their space. I have made a test here and when used on my iPhone the light is upside-down. I can rotate in Sketchup and get it to go onto the ceiling correctly, however then the thumbnail is upside-down.

Things I have tried:

1. Changed axes in Sketchup

2. Tried various 3D file format

3. Tried exporting from Blender as well

Has anyone ever found a workaround on this?
