Arrow in wrong spot

Hello! 

I was making a few tweaks and have made a coding mistake I can't seem to fix now. In the theme Prestige, the featured collection is not displaying the arrow in the right spot, nor is it working when you click on it. 

 

The collection that i am referring to is on the home page under the slideshow.

I was able to move the arrow but now the button does not work to click and have the carousel move. Any advice??

I found that now buttons can achieve carousel

Go to online store ---------> themes --------------> actions ------> edit code------->theme.css
at the end of the file and save.

}

result
