As administrator it is difficult to click the "..." for the more actions menu

If I am in products or orders or almost anywhere else it is very difficult to click the "..." more actions menu. As soon as a move my mouse curser on top of the "..." a "help message" or what ever pops up on top of it and blocks my ability to click it.

This began when changed where the menu bar appears when I select an item. It used to appear on the bottom and you moved it to the top on the left. I did not like that but fine. Now you have moved it to the right side of the top and this has started happening. 

Please fix it.

It appears to be fixed. At least for the moment.

I wish they would stop making "improvements". They have made editing products with variants much, much more difficult.
