Asks to calculate shipping on a digital item

I have set up a non-physical item in my store. When the customer purchases, it will be sent to their email address. This is because it will be different for each customer

However, when I do a test run of the item and put it into my cart, it still asks to calculate shipping. In essence, the customer should not see this as they should just be able to click through to final checkout/billing and only input their address details there as required to charge their card.

I am using the Sunset theme and have attached an image to show you.
