Atelier Theme 2025 problems with header transparency and more

I am impressed by the new Atelier Theme by Shopify, but am facing some issues, that I can not resolve through settings.  See also pictures. 

Header transparency issue
Header on collection page shows as transparent, despite transparency being deactivated. Header only shows correctly during mouseover.  

Front page: Transparency activated, works and shows correctly when mouseover
Product page: Transparency deactivated, works and shows correctly constantly 

Product counter in cart
When adding a product from the quick add function on the collection overview, the number in the cart icon goes invert and thus becomes invisible. 

Company details in footer not possible? 
In the Dawn theme it was possible to show contact data in the footer, but this not possible in the Atelier theme. Contact details are a must, so I wonder if this function will be added?

Save function in editor sometimes does not work
Sometimes the save function does not activate and changes can not be saved. I am forced to refresh the page, losing my work. 

Collection links does not update
I try to show two links, but it seems to be a cache issue that keeps the titles from showing correctly. Furthermore the mousover effect showing the category image should be able to be turned off as it does not work well on mobile. 

I am hoping for an update to the theme so I can publish it. Thank you for a great work Shopify!

loving this theme as well but also having issues, if anyone can help with this:

- The arrows/chevrons on the product page only show up for desktop but they're not showing up on mobile, how can i make it so they show up on both places?

- A black box will randomly show up around a product if i click it on mobile and it won't go away

- Sometimes when swiping through a product images on mobile it will swipe through 2 images at once.

- After clicking a product then going back to the collection page it will show a different image (the image used for the first variant of that product) on the collection page
