Attaching a third party widget?

I have designed my web site and am almost ready to open except, when I tried to add a third party widget (recurring billing). Third party said, "the coding is flawed and they are not allowed to fix the problem". I inquired for help and was given six different companies I could pay to fix the problem. I contacted one and they said they would need some time to resolve the issue. I have not heard back from them and they do not respond to my emails. So I have a business ready to launch and can't because I cannot put in the widget for product billing, I can't even pay someone to do it! HOW CAN I GET REAL HELP?
