Background as image section

I have tried a few codes but nothing has worked, I have the file uploaded into assets and want to replace the background color on a single section with an image. Ideally this is a code I can paste directly into the theme editor section of note and not the base.css file so it transfers when I update.

Url: hannahviaart.com, though the section I intend to target is on a draft site not made public yet.
