Banner below the add to cart button??

Hello!

In the screenshot you can see a red banner that's below the add to cart button. I want this, but I have no idea how. I checked various apps and tried with different sections, but I just can't seem to find it or to find the correct english words for it.

Anybody who can help me with this?

What do I need to do with the Banner ID? I can see the section, but the section is not showing anything at this moment
