Banner Fitting on Mobile and Desktop issues

hello

I'm struggling to get my banner to fit on my desktop view and mobile view, its a slideshow and all other images in the slideshow fit but I cant get this one banner to work, can anyone help?

The slides your referencing aren't published so others cannot see them to try and reproduce the problem then inspect the problem.

You can either publish the theme or try and create a preview of the live theme, or make a duplicate and provide a preview to that with the right settings.

thanks - im not really sure what you mean, do you mean save the image so you can insepct what i mean as at the minute i don't have that banner live as it doesn't fit the mobile view?

Yes save the image otherwise how can other people see the problem.

Sight unseen ,a common cause is making sure the image in question is similar in size&aspect-ratio to the other images in the slideshow.
