Banner Images Object Fit / Correct Size with Responsive

Hey all,

Apologies if this has been asked before. I'm trying to get my banner images to stay consistent across various responsive sizes. Basically the image will look fine on a small desktop but on larger ones things will get stretched. Here's an example 

On smaller sizes; correct size: 

On larger sizes; things  get cropped: 

 

 

 

Would I fix this with a object fit CSS setting? Thanks all for any assistance!!
