Banner mid product page

Hi!

I want to have a banner below my product description like in the screenshot. But I have no idea how to do this and I can't find an app for it. Can somebody help me?

It needs to work on mobile and desktop. Its for the latest dawn theme.

1. Use this amazing app to easily create and fully customize eye-catching banner. It provides various banner types: promo banner, sale banner, free shipping banner,... and display multiple banners on different product pages with specific customers ...

2. If you only need a simple banner, you can use my custom code from another post. It provides a basic banner with adjustable text size and color: https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-design/how-can-i-move-rich-text-to-the-lefy-of-website/m-p/2...
