Banners Will No Longer Load On Desktop Or Mobile

Good morning,

 I am having an issue with my banners. While editing my work everything shows up wonderfully, and works great, but once I try to view it from an open tab on my laptop or my android cell phone the banners will not load, but seem to load on an iphone. I am not able to add the link to my store here since it does require a password to view the store. But here is a bit of what I did. I added some banners and everything was fine until I added an additional tab on my menu section which was to subscribe, then added one more banner, pressed save and that's when my problem began. I then removed what I added and unfortunately the banners are still not showing up at all. All my banners were made by me in Canva and uploaded to the store. I was not notified that anything I was doing was erroring in any way shape or form. I truly hope someone can help me.

Upon checking your website, the banner is loading completely fine for me.

Thank you for looking into this, unfortunately that is the only banner that will work. Here are the others that will no longer load but use to on the preview page but they still load wonderfully on my customize page.

I am also missing my about me banner as well.

So it's all my banners which there is another banner in the back that stays while you scroll. Except my very first banner.
