Best way to tear my page down and rebuild from the ground up?

Ok, first and foremost I have no clue how to do anything on here. I am going through the basic courses and trying to learn how to properly customize and set up my site in the way that I truly want it to represent my business and brand.

I sell sports cards, protective and storage supplies as well as a lot of the newest and cutting edge accessories. I was using a platform that kept up with all my active inventory and synced it to multiple different platforms for sale in order to reach different sectors of the industry. Part of that plan was a website that would be set up on Shopify. I was not aware that I wouldn't have any say or guidance on how it needed to be set up or how I wanted it to represent my brand. Plus, honestly....it's just flat out trash. My little eBay store is in better shape than this Shopify website.

I literally just got out of ICU, was fired from my job while unconscious in ICU and have been fighting unemployment up until getting my first whopping check for $335; and that's all I get each week, which is 10% of my regular weekly income. So that is why I have come here to seek knowledge and hopefully find someone that can help me at least get the bones set up and then I can take care of the details (hopefully). I have several different types of products that I sell related to collecting sports cards, so I definitely need several pages. I'd like to be able to advertise through my social media platforms and possibly a landing page etc. I would like to do it up as nice as possible without having to break the bank. 

I am just so terribly tired of selling solely on eBay, so I want to create something that will attract people.

I hope you're doing well, I'm guessing you wanna completely rebuild your website on Shopify so the first thing I would suggest you is to switch to a premium theme that matches your needs and requirements if you haven't already. There are many tutorials out there that will help you in making a great store for your website. If you want I would be more than happy to help you build a great store for your website as well! I feel like I have watched so many different videos and read so many different articles and still have no clue what I’m doing. I know Shopify is supposed to be fairly easy. But I’ve tried making changes to what was put in place for my store. I don’t have an account with Mascot anymore and what they created was trash! I want something that is clean and simple but not generic….ya know? 
I haven’t seen what I can truly do within Shopify because I can’t seem to do much of anything with what I have. Looking at the logistics, I feel like it would be best to just blow this whole thing up and start from scratch. I think my biggest issue is that I can’t upgrade on anything at the moment. Long story, but this is part of my side hustle. My 9-5 has always been insurance and finance, but I was recently fired while I was in the ICU. So I’m battling unemployment and a lawsuit. I could honestly use all the help I can get, and I hate to ask for free help, but I’m broke. I’m just blessed I was able to find a lawyer that would take my case with no retainer.
