Blog Carousel for Homepage in Shopify Dawn Theme

Hi community,

I've been exploring some stores and was particularly impressed by the Matchbox Bikinis website "https://matchboxbikinis.com/" . On their homepage, they have a blog section that uses a very striking carousel on both desktop and mobile. This carousel features the following characteristics:

• Hover Effect: When hovering over each image, it slightly enlarges, the background darkens, and an overlay appears in the center with a blog excerpt and a “Read More” button.

• Navigation: The carousel includes side arrows to move forward or backward between images.

• Exploration Bar: Below the section, there's a horizontal bar that allows users to explore different blog entries.

• Design: It features a beautiful design that is editable.

My question is:

Does anyone know if this functionality comes from a specific app or extension, or can it be implemented using code in CSS/HTML in the Shopify Dawn theme? I would appreciate examples or recommendations on how to replicate this carousel in my store.

Okay, I will need store access for this because I will have to create a new section and customize the slider as well.

I don't know how to do that hahaha, but it's the basic Dawn theme, is it possible to share some custom code, it would be very helpful to have this section
