Blog Image loading issue on the Klaviyo Signup form

Hi, my previous designer designed the blog template and included an option within the template to upload an image to show up on Klaviyo's sign up from on the left side of the signup form. It was working then and he left the project. Now, when I upload it is not working. It might be a small issue such as maybe the code for that has been commented out or something like that. Please note that this mage upload has nothing to do with the Klaviyo signup form and is inherent to the blog template code. Appreciate anyone here could help me out. Please see attached images.
