Blog Images Always Aligning Left. We want them centered

No matter what options we choose (alignment wise) the images in our blogs always align left. I can pad the images so it pushes them to the center, but on mobile it doesn't translate well and pushes the images way off the page. I attached images to show that we have center alignment selected, can someone help as to why it is like this?
