inserting a photo of what i want.

May I suggest to update code these steps:

1. Go to Store Online-> theme -> edit code

2. Assets/base.css
3. Add code below to end of file

}
.article-template .article-template__hero-container > div img {
	position: static!important;

that did not do what i want with the photo or with adding text on the photo
