Blog Posts banners on pages includes the blog content, only want the featured image, title, date

Hi all.

i have various templates for different pages. On all pages though i have a banner showing 4 blog post. The blog post shows the featured image, title, date and then a paragraph of the content. is there a way so that the banners dont show any of the content? I am using the shopify Feather theme.
