Hi guys,

My name is Robin. I have some frustrating problem with my store, my image banner stays blurry, even on high resolution now i have 2400 / 1350 and I even tried 1920x 1280.

This needs to be simple but Its not. What do i do wrong, and can some one help me?

Hi,

Save the image as svg not jpg or png this will maintain the highest resolution on all devices.

Have a nice day.

This is because image can't render high resolution image. This is limited at some point. You can change it via liquid.

Thanks Jak, Is this also the reason at the image banner? And how does i change it exactly? aspect ratio too? 16:9 or 4:3?

Banner image link that is getting renderd
I attached the image link that is getting rendered , see if it's actual size, if not then it's the same reason.

Here I am on the mobile, you can see render size is small enough. Shopify use responsive image for optimization. You can change it via liquid. I don't know where it's located that's why I can't say where to change.

Hi Jak,

Could you tell me can I find this information in Web Developer Tools in Firefox? And if yes, please guide me where.

Thank you!
