Blurry logo on dawn theme

Hi everyone,

 

I am writing because I cannot upload a sharp version of my logo in the dedicated section of the down theme.

 

I have both the .png and .svg files and I have tried uploading different versions (from the highest resolution allowed by Shopify all the way down to 200px), but nothing seems to work.

 

Has anyone found a solution for this?

Thanks for your message, I would be happy to take a closer look into this with you. Are you able to share your store URL here so I can take a look? It would also be great if you could upload your logo in a response or a direct link to the file so I can view it directly.

Thanks for your message, it would be simplest to take a look at the file itself, is there a specific reason you are not able to share the logo here? That said, if you would prefer not to, this sounds like the photo may just not be meeting our uploading requirements currently. I would recommend referencing our Uploading Images guide, to ensure you are following the guidelines we outline for images here. Something to take note of is, Images uploaded to Shopify can't exceed either of the following limits:

  • 20 megapixels
  • 20 megabytes

If you are not comfortable sharing your logo file here and are still having issues with a blurry logo after referencing the above guide, I would recommend reaching out to our support team directly so we can take a closer look with you. You can do this by logging into your store through the Help Center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
