breaking down a collection into 2 sections

I have a collection of BABY ITEMS - some are for rent, and some are for purchase.  On the collections page, I want the "for rent" items to appear in one area (ideally with a line of text above them saying "Items for rent"), and then the "for sale" items to appear below (ideally with a line of text above them saying "items for sale"). Is this a simple fix, i hope? Thank you!
